Suzanne Levy Suzanne Levy, President
The founder and president of Bolder Leadership brings 20 years of expertise to her client relationships as she guides executives and leaders on a path to exceptional performance.


Suzanne works with senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies, business owners, and multi-million sales producers to drive peak individual and organizational performance.

Her clients have included Red Bull, T-Mobile, Deutsche Bank, Accenture, Starbucks, Barclays, Kraft, Diageo, Mars, KPMG, Merrill Lynch, MTV Networks, RBC Wealth Management, Scholastic, Smith Barney and Travelers—among numerous others in her 20 years of experience as an executive coach and leadership development consultant.

Before founding Bolder Leadership, Suzanne launched and managed a division of The Walt Disney Co. overseeing all publishing, marketing, consumer goods, online, new business development and promotion for many television properties. Prior to Disney, she worked in production management at HBO and in advertising at Ammirati and Puris in New York City.

Suzanne’s other experience includes serving for two years on the planning committee of the Executive Coaching Summit, a global network of senior development experts researching and integrating best practices. She worked as the career coach for, a financial and legal industry leader in career support; has been featured in NY Matrix with an “Ask the Coach” column; and has presented to the group “100 Women in Hedge Funds.”

Suzanne earned a BA degree from Washington University in St. Louis and has completed numerous coach trainings. She has lived and studied in Paris and has practiced martial arts for six years.

From Kabul to Geneva, from Tokyo to Washington, D.C., Camille is an expert in Virtual Leadership Effectiveness and psychology as well as a featured speaker and facilitator.


Camille is a psychologist, executive coach, speaker and writer specializing in personal and organizational growth and development. As an expert in the field of Virtual Leadership Effectiveness, Camille’s approach centers on improving individual, team and organizational effectiveness by developing leadership capabilities from the inside out.

For 15 years, Camille has guided her clients in innovative, strategic and practical solutions that engage and enable individuals and teams to develop authentic, purposeful and principled leadership. Her clients include a worldwide roster of individuals, corporate executives and organizations in both the public and private sector from Kabul to Geneva, from Tokyo to Washington, D.C

Camille was a featured speaker at the 2010 HCI Summit in Tucson, Ariz., and was the leadership facilitator for The Asia Foundation in Thailand and Afghanistan. She has authored works including Virtual Effectiveness, The Science of Complexification, Random Acts of Appreciation, Virtual Influence, The Art of Optimization, Authentic Encounters, and Virtual Authenticity.

Camille earned her doctorate in psychology from the University of Virginia and received her executive coaching certificate from Georgetown University. Additionally, she is certified by the Stanford Research Institute in Neurolinguistics Programming and Neurostrategies. She received advanced leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership and is certified to administer CCL 360 assessments, ESCI, Hogan-MVPI, MBTI, FIRO-B, HPT, Job Challenges Profile, Learning Tactics Inventory and other assessment tests.

Leslie Jones Leslie Jones
Leslie Jones is a passionate coach who consistently produces breakthrough results with her clients.


Leslie Jones is the president and founder of Leslie Jones Coaching, LLC and president and founder of InnerActive Institute, an educational organization that offers training programs and curriculum via written, audio and webinar delivery – a strategic partnership with Leslie Jones, LLC. Leslie’s drive to empower people and to transform the way people live and interact with each other has consistently created breakthrough results for her clients.

Her ability to integrate a client’s vision with his or her external reality has facilitated transformation for thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations over the past 12 years. Leslie’s clients, whether individuals or executive teams, consistently increase personal power,
productivity, happiness, revenue and influence.

Prior to starting her own thriving coaching and training business in l999, Leslie was instrumental in more than doubling the size and revenue of a
communications consulting firm specializing in training executives and financial advisers in leadership, business development and team building
skills. Her industry experience also includes her success as the Director of Sales for a marketing group using Jay Conrad Levinson’s Guerilla
Marketing model. Clients of Leslie’s have included Smith Barney, UBS, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Vistage, Money Concepts, AXA Advisors, Guild Mortgage Company, National City Mortgage, as well as many small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Among her noted accomplishments, Leslie has designed dynamic and process-oriented curricula which she has facilitated and coached for Fortune
500 executives, multi-million dollar sales producers and business owners nationwide. She was spotlighted in Women’s Magazine as one of the top 10
Boulder County women to watch in 2010.

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and is a continuous learner of new technologies to support her
own growth and that of others.

mike Mike Jaffe
Mike’s inspirational “WakeUp Call” approach helps him advise and coach his clients on business strategy, new product development, client retention and product launch.


Mike brings more than 12 years of coaching and mentoring experience to his client relationships, which include American Express, Marsh & McLennan and JP Morgan Chase. His “WakeUp Call” approach guides executives and leaders toward getting unstuck, shifting direction and taking control of career and organizational success.

As an international consultant, Mike works with major global players and other clients on business strategy and planning, new product development, client retention and loyalty, and product launch and support.

Mike has founded two independent small business startups. He has provided motivational speaking presentations to corporate and academic audiences, and community and nonprofit groups including Steinhardt School of Education at New York University, the Interfaith Housing Association and Guardian Life Insurance Company, and he is also a popular guest lecturer for New York University.

Mike received his MBA in Management and Marketing from New York University and his BBA in Management and Finance from SUNY Albany. He is a certified life coach, trained by the Life Purpose Institute (LPI) of San Diego.

marilena Marilena Beuses
As a partner executive coach, Marilena shares her more than 15 years’ experience as a top human resources leader with Fortune 500 companies throughout Latin America.


Marilena has partnered extensively with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs and small business owners on executive and leadership development, cross-cultural coaching, human resources strategy and innovation and succession planning.

In her more than 15 years’ experience, Marilena has served clients including AstraZeneca, Microsoft, Nokia, PepsiCo, Sara Lee, Sony and Yahoo, as well as the United Nations and NASA.

Marilena guides her clients toward exceptional management of their most important asset: their people. From improving communications for powerful, meaningful interaction to creating a web of reliable interpersonal relationships, Marilena teaches managers and executives how to harness the organization’s best talent to maximize productivity.

Previously, Marilena served as Vice President of Human Resources for Citigroup where she covered Latin America, managing telecommunications in 23 countries plus South Florida. Prior to Citigroup, she was at Pepsi in the Latin America region and at Compaq, where she developed a worldwide communication effectiveness program. She also served in various capacities at Detroit Edison, Chrysler, HAY Management Consultants, Monsanto’s Spain Biogenetics division and Venezuela’s national oil company, PDVSA.

Marilena founded the first Spanish-language global network of coaches (ICF Spanish SIG leader) as well as the South Florida Chapter for the International Coach Federation. She created the international group of Spanish-speaking executive coaches known as “Coaches en Español,” the foremost organization of its kind in the Americas and Europe. She has been featured in Spanish-language media including Univision and her writings on management have appeared in Hispanic Business Journal, Latina Style, Mexico’s Reforma newspaper and Argentina’s Conocimiento y Desarrollo business magazine. Additionally, she acts as Adjunct Faculty for the Leadership Development Center for the University of Florida; represents The Authentic Leadership Institute in Latin America; and teaches at the Wharton business school Advanced Management Program.

Marilena holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Duquesne University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She is a Coach University Certified Coach and holds a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.

As a certified executive coach for the past eleven years, Patty has been a trusted advisor to seven CEOs and many other Senior Executives and is told that she has a gift for powerful conversations that inspire top leaders to make stronger connections with their teams and drive truly sustainable change.


Patty Keenan’s resume includes extensive leadership experience at GE, where she was promoted six times in twelve years, and negotiated one of GE’s first “boundary-less”/cross business customer deals, working directly with CEO Jack Welch. She is known for her strong values, sense of service to others, and devotion to her family, colleagues, and clients.

Patty’s recent work involved coaching a CEO and each member of his executive team through both a merger and acquisition worth over $1B. She provided coaching and guidance in this multi-year engagement to improve corporate performance during complete and fundamental organizational transition. The CEO noted, “Patty demonstrated an ability to enable executives to initiate and undertake self-directed change, and to drive organizational change, under high-pressure circumstances with enormous stakes. The result was profound, permanent, and profitable.” Patty has also been coaching leaders including Physicians, Scientists and Researchers at the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention for the past six years and teaching leadership at Stetson University for the past two years.

Her coaching framework combines leadership agility and stage development with overall well-being leadership, values, and strengths. In their work together, her clients develop both vertically—changing the way they think—as well as horizontally—gaining competencies—to increase their own capacity to lead change and develop creative, high-leverage solutions to tough issues, becoming the kinds of leaders they want to be and that their organizations need.

Patty’s corporate experience was at a $6B business unit of GE, where she held leadership positions in Sales, Field and Headquarters Marketing and Global Industry Management prior to becoming the Director of Marketing. While in a field marketing role in Silicon Valley, embracing GE’s corporate value of “boundary-less” behavior, Patty initiated customer negotiations that impacted three of GE’s core business units; this has become part of the way GE now does business. As leader of the Global CD Strategy Team, she formed a global cross-functional team which included manufacturing, technology, corporate R&D, and commercial members from the US, Europe, and Asia. She led the creation and execution of a highly successful global strategy for this $200MM industry, and her team received the GE Global Team Leadership Award.

Patty is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany: B.S. cum laude, Business Administration/Marketing, and serves on the board of the Richard O’Beirne Memorial Foundation. She serves as Executive in Residence and Adjunct Faculty in Stetson University’s Executive MBA program. She is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation and a member of CAM, an association of Master Certified Coaches. She has extensive training in GE leadership development including Covey Leadership, Action Leadership, Change Acceleration Process, Six Sigma Business Process Improvements, Negotiating Skills as well as expertise in Well-being, Gallup Strengths, and Positive Psychology. Patty is certified in several change assessments including Leadership Agility and the ChangeWorks ChangeGrid. Patty resides in Atlanta with her husband and three children.

Mark’s rigorous approach combines extensive training in coaching, organizational psychology, and management with more than 20 years of corporate experience. His style is direct, insightful and, at times, irreverent.

Mark has served a variety of clients including the Department of Education & Department of Human Resources for the state of Tennessee, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Accenture, NASA, FedEx, John Deere, Microsoft, Wal-Mart, and the Social Security Administration.

In private industry, Mark served with multimillion dollar companies as director of organizational development, vice president of sales and marketing, and business unit leader. Leveraging the insights gained as an executive and manager, he works from a systems perspective to help people enhance their self-awareness and more clearly see the systems in which they work.

Mark holds a Master’s in Industrial & Organization Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University.
